وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّهُ وَجَدَ غِلْمَانًا قَدْ أَلْجَئُوا ثَعْلَبًا إِلَى زَاوِيَةٍ ، فَطَرَدَهُمْ عَنْهُ .
قَالَ مَالِكٌ : لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ : فِي حَرَمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُفْعَلُ هَذَا ؟ ! رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قَالَ مَالِكٌ : لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ : فِي حَرَمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُفْعَلُ هَذَا ؟ ! رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
It is reported about Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he found some boys who had forced a fox into a corner, so he drove them away from it. Imam Malik says: To my knowledge he also said: "Is this being done in the sanctuary of the Messenger of Allah?"
