Majma al-Zawaid 5700 — The sanctity of Makkah and the prohibition

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man will cause corruption in Makkah; his name will be Abdullah, and upon him will be half the punishment of the whole world."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Kathir al-Saghani, whom Salih bin Muhammad, Ibn Sa'd and Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy), and Ahmad declared da'if (weak).
