بَابٌ فِي الْحَلْقِ وَالتَّقْصِيرِ وَقَوْلِهِ : لَا تُوضَعُ النَّوَاصِي إِلَّا فِي حَجٍّ أَوْ عُمْرَةٍ .

وَعَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : " يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ " . قَالُوا فِي الثَّالِثَةِ : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ ؟ قَالَ : " وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Yahya bin Husayn narrates from his grandmother that she said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "May Allah Almighty have mercy on those who shave their heads. May Allah Almighty have mercy on those who shave their heads. May Allah Almighty have mercy on those who shave their heads." The third time the people said: "And on those who shorten their hair as well?" He said: "And on those who shorten their hair as well (may Allah Almighty have mercy on them)."
