وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ حَجَّ عَنِ الرَّمَلِ فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَتَبَ عَلَيْكُمُ السَّعْيَ فَاسْعَوْا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ صَدَقَةَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: In the year of the Hajj, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about ramal, and he said: "Allah Almighty has made running obligatory upon you, so run."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, al-Mufaddal bin Sadaqah, who is da'if (weak).
