بَابُ جَوَازِ أَكْلِ اللَّحْمِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ إِذَا لَمْ يَصِدْهُ أَوْ يُصَدْ لَهُ .

وَعَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ فِي لَحْمِ الصَّيْدِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted the person in ihram a concession regarding (eating) the meat of game.
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Karim bin Abi al-Mukhariq, who is da'if (weak).
