بَابُ مَتَى يَقْطَعُ الْحَاجُّ التَّلْبِيَةَ .

Majma al-Zawaid 5379 — When does the pilgrim stop the talbiyah?
عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ : أَفَضْتُ مَعَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ مِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ ، فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أَسْمَعُهُ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ : أَفَضْتُ مَعَ أَبِي عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ مِنَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ ، فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أَسْمَعُهُ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ : أَفَضْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ أَزَلْ أَسْمَعُهُ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى وَزَادَ : فَرَجَعْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِقَوْلِ حُسَيْنٍ ، فَقَالَ : صَدَقَ .
وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَقَدْ بَيَّنَ أَبُو يَعْلَى سَمَاعَ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ فَقَالَ : عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ فَقَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، فَصَحَّ الْحَدِيثُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى وَزَادَ : فَرَجَعْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِقَوْلِ حُسَيْنٍ ، فَقَالَ : صَدَقَ .
وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَقَدْ بَيَّنَ أَبُو يَعْلَى سَمَاعَ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ فَقَالَ : عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ فَقَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، فَصَحَّ الْحَدِيثُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ .
Ikrimah narrates: I returned from Muzdalifah with Sayyiduna Imam Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), and I kept hearing him recite the talbiyah until he had stoned Jamrat al-Aqabah. I asked him (about it), and he said: "I returned from Muzdalifah with my father, and I kept hearing him recite the talbiyah until he had stoned Jamrat al-Aqabah. I asked him about this, and he said: 'I returned with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and I kept hearing him (peace and blessings be upon him) recite the talbiyah until he (peace and blessings be upon him) had stoned Jamrat al-Aqabah.'"
Ahmad and Abu Ya'la recorded it, and he added these words: (Ikrimah narrates:) I went back to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) and told him what Sayyiduna Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) had said, and he said: "He has spoken the truth."
Al-Bazzar also recorded it. Abu Ya'la clarified that Ibn Ishaq heard it directly, stating: It is narrated from Ibn Ishaq
that he said: "Aban bin Salih narrated to me." So, praise be to Allah, the hadith is authentic.
Ahmad and Abu Ya'la recorded it, and he added these words: (Ikrimah narrates:) I went back to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) and told him what Sayyiduna Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) had said, and he said: "He has spoken the truth."
