Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5341

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: The wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would apply henna while they were in the state of ihram, and they would wear safflower-dyed (mu'asfar) clothing while they were in the state of ihram.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, Ya'qub bin Ata', whom Ibn Hibban declared thiqah (trustworthy), while a group declared him da'if (weak).
