Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5233

Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered me to announce during the days of Mina that these are days of eating and drinking, and there is no fasting in them. (The narrator says:) He meant the days of Tashriq.
Ahmad recorded it.
