وَعَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا مِنَ الْمُحَرَّمِ فَلَهُ بِكُلِّ يَوْمٍ ثَلَاثُونَ حَسَنَةً " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ أَيْضًا .

It is narrated from him that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever fasts one day of Muharram receives thirty good deeds for each day."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain also contains the narrator al-Haytham bin Habib.
