بَابٌ فِيمَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ وَسِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ شَوَّالٍ .

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ صَامَ سِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ بَعْدَ الْفِطْرِ مُتَتَابِعَةً فَكَأَنَّمَا صَامَ السَّنَةَ كُلَّهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مَنْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever fasts six consecutive days after Eid al-Fitr, it is as if he fasted the whole year."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator whom I do not know.
