وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : رَخَّصَ لِلشَّيْخِ أَنْ يُقَبِّلَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ ، وَنَهَى الشَّابَّ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he would grant the old man the concession of kissing while fasting, and would forbid the young man.
