Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4900

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever forgetfully eats or drinks something in Ramadan, neither making up (the fast) nor expiation (kaffarah) is required of him." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: There is also a hadith narrated from him in the Sahih, which is other than this hadith.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Amr, and the hadith narrated by him is hasan (good).
