بَابُ الصَّدَقَةِ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلِآلِهِ وَلِمَوَالِيهِمْ .
Charity for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), his family and his freed slaves
Majma al-Zawaid 4487 — Charity for the Prophet ﷺ, his family
وَعَنْ سَلْمَانَ قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْبَلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ وَلَا يَقْبَلُ الصَّدَقَةَ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would accept a gift; he (peace and blessings be upon him) would not accept charity.
