وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ ، وَعَنِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ ، وَأَنْ تُحْبَسَ لُحُومُ الْأَضَاحِيِّ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَزُورُوهَا ، فَإِنَّهَا تُذَكِّرُكُمُ الْآخِرَةَ ، وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ فَاشْرَبُوا فِيهَا ، وَاجْتَنِبُوا مَا أَسْكَرَ ، وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْأَضَاحِيِّ أَنْ تَحْتَبِسُوا فَوْقَ ثَلَاثٍ فَاحْتَبِسُوا مَا بَدَا لَكُمْ " .
قُلْتُ : فِي الصَّحِيحِ طَرَفٌ مِنْهُ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَأَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ النَّابِغَةِ ، قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ : لَمْ يَصِحَّ حَدِيثُهُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي الْأَضَاحِيِّ .
قُلْتُ : فِي الصَّحِيحِ طَرَفٌ مِنْهُ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَأَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ النَّابِغَةِ ، قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ : لَمْ يَصِحَّ حَدِيثُهُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي الْأَضَاحِيِّ .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had forbidden visiting graves, certain kinds of vessels, and keeping the meat of sacrificial animals beyond three days. Then he said: "I had forbidden you from visiting graves; now visit them, for they will remind you of the Hereafter. I had forbidden you from drinking from certain kinds of vessels; now drink from them, but avoid whatever intoxicates. And I had forbidden you from keeping the meat of sacrificial animals beyond three days; now keep it as long as you see fit." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: part of it is recorded in the Sahih.
Abu Ya'la and Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains Rabi'ah bin al-Nabighah. Al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: his narration from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) about the sacrificial meat is not authentic.
