وَعَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ : [ أُ ] لْحِدَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَنُصِبَ عَلَيْهِ اللَّبِنُ نَصْبًا ، وَأُخِذَ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْقِبْلَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .

Sayyiduna Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A lahd (side-niche grave) was made for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), mud bricks were set up for him, and he was taken (into the grave) from the side of the qiblah.
Imam Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Yahya al-Himmani, about whom there is criticism.
