وَعَنِ ابْنَةِ أُهْبَانَ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا أَمَرَ أَهْلَهُ أَنْ يُكَفِّنُوهُ وَلَا يُلْبِسُوهُ قَمِصَيًا ، قَالَتْ : فَأَلْبَسْنَاهُ قَمِيصًا ، فَأَصْبَحْنَا وَالْقَمِيصُ عَلَى الْمِشْجَبِ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ هَكَذَا .

The daughter of Uhban narrates: Her father had instructed his family that, when shrouding him, they should not dress him in a shirt. She says: We dressed him (in the shroud) in a shirt, and the next morning the shirt was hanging on the clothes-peg.
