وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : إِذَا مِتُّ فَلَا تُقَمِّصُونِي ; فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لَمْ يُقَمَّصْ ، وَلَمْ يُعَمَّمْ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ خَالِدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْعُمَرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "When I die, do not dress me in a shirt, for I saw that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was not dressed in a shirt, nor was a turban tied on him."
