Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Paradise is suspended from the horns of the sun; it is spread out once every year. The souls of the believers are in birds like starlings (a bird resembling the myna); they (the souls) recognise one another, and they are given the fruit of Paradise as provision. Khalid bin Ma'dan says: When the people of Paradise have entered Paradise, they will say: "O our Lord! Did You not promise us that You would bring us to the Fire?" The Lord will say: "Yes! But when you passed by it, it had been extinguished."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, Yahya bin Yunus; I have not found anyone who mentions him. The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy) and are the narrators of the Sahih.
