وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : آخِرُ شِدَّةٍ يَلْقَاهَا الْمُؤْمِنُ الْمَوْتُ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَفِيهِ قَابُوسُ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ وَابْنُ عَدِيٍّ وَضَعَّفَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The last hardship (that is, difficult or severe thing) that the believer faces is death.
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains Qabus; Yahya bin Ma'in and Ibn Adi declared him thiqah (trustworthy), while al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) and others called him da'if (weak).
