Unaysah bint Zayd bin Arqam narrates from her father that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him); he had come to visit him during an illness he had. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There will be no harm to you from this illness of yours; but how will it be with you when you are granted a long life after me and you become blind?" He said: "Then I will be patient and hope for reward." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In that case you will enter Paradise without any reckoning." The narrator says: Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) became blind after the passing of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); then Allah Almighty restored his sight to him, and then he passed away, may Allah Almighty have mercy on him. (Allamah Haythami says:) I say: Abu Dawud recorded a part of this narration, the part about visiting him.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Kabir. I have not found anyone who mentions Nubatah bint Barir bin Hammad.
