Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a servant intends to pray at night, an angel comes to him and says: 'Get up, morning is about to come; pray and remember your Lord.' Then Satan comes to him and says: 'The night is still very long, rest; you can get up a little later.' If he gets up and prays, he reaches the morning energetic, light in body and with his eyes cooled; and if he obeys Satan, then when morning comes Satan urinates in his ear." This narration was recorded by Imam al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Amr bin al-Husayn, who is da'if (weak). The hadith narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman bin Abi al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) will come in the chapter concerning the one who "collects the tithe in zakah".
