Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A believer is not one who taunts, nor one who curses, nor one who speaks obscenely, nor one who is foul-mouthed."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Maghra', whom Imam Abu Zur'ah and a group (of scholars) declared thiqah (trustworthy), while Ali bin al-Madini called him da'if (weak); the remaining narrators of this narration are the narrators of the Sahih.
