بَابٌ فِيمَنْ فَاتَتْهُ الْجُمُعَةُ 3172 عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ فَاتَتْهُ الْجُمُعَةُ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنْ يَصَّدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَقَالَ : لَا يُرْوَى عَنْ جَابِرٍ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَالْمَشْهُورُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ قُلْتُ : وَحَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ فِيهِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ .

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - خَطِيبًا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ : "عَسَى رَجُلٌ تَحْضُرُهُ الْجُمُعَةُ وَهُوَ عَلَى قَدْرِ مِيلٍ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَلَا يَحْضُرُ الْجُمُعَةَ"، ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الثَّانِيَةِ : " عَسَى رَجُلٌ تَحْضُرُهُ الْجُمُعَةُ وَهُوَ عَلَى قَدْرِ مِيلَيْنِ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَلَا يَحْضُرُهَا " ، وَقَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ : " عَسَى يَكُونُ عَلَى قَدْرِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَمْيَالٍ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَلَا يَحْضُرُ الْجُمُعَةَ وَيَطْبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلَى قَلْبِهِ " رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up to deliver the sermon on Friday, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Soon Jumu'ah will come to a man while he is at a distance of one mile from Madinah, but he will not attend Jumu'ah." Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) said the second time: "Soon it will happen that Jumu'ah will come to a man while he is at a distance of two miles from Madinah, and he will not attend it." And the third time he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Soon it will happen that a man will be at a distance of three miles from Madinah and he will not attend Jumu'ah, so Allah Almighty will place a seal upon his heart."
