عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ تَكَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ فَهُوَ كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا ، وَالَّذِي يَقُولُ لَهُ : أَنْصِتْ لَيْسَ لَهُ جُمُعَةٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُجَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ النَّاسُ وَوَثَّقَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ فِي رِوَايَةٍ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ مُجَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَقَدْ ضَعَّفَهُ النَّاسُ وَوَثَّقَهُ النَّسَائِيُّ فِي رِوَايَةٍ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever talks on Friday while the imam is delivering the sermon is like a donkey carrying a load; and the one who says to him, 'Be quiet,' has no Friday prayer."
Ahmad, al-Bazzar and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it; its chain contains Mujalid bin Sa'id, whom people declared da'if (weak), while according to one report al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
