Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3037

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever clips his nails on the day of Friday is protected from evil until its like (that is, until the next Friday)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Ahmad bin Thabit, whose nickname is Farkhawayh, and he is da'if (weak).
