وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَحُذَيْفَةَ قَالَا : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَضَلَّ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى عَنِ الْجُمُعَةِ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَنَا ، لِلْيَهُودِ السَّبْتَ وَلِلنَّصَارَى الْأَحَدَ ، نَحْنُ الْآخِرُونَ فِي الدُّنْيَا الْأَوَّلُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْمَغْفُورُ لَهُمْ قَبْلَ الْخَلَائِقِ " .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " الْمَغْفُورُ لَهُمْ قَبْلَ الْخَلَائِقِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
قُلْتُ : هُوَ فِي الصَّحِيحِ خَلَا قَوْلَهُ : " الْمَغْفُورُ لَهُمْ قَبْلَ الْخَلَائِقِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrate: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty let those who came before us go astray regarding the day of Friday. The day of the Jews is Saturday and the day of the Christians is Sunday. We are the last in the world (in terms of coming) and will be the first on the Day of Resurrection, those who will be forgiven before all of creation." (Al-Haythami says:) I say: This narration is reported in the Sahih, but without these words: "those who will be forgiven before all of creation."
