بَابٌ فِيمَا تَقْصُرُ فِيهِ الصَّلَاةَ وَمُدَّةِ الْقَصْرِ .

وَعَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : لَا تَقْصُرُ الصَّلَاةَ إِلَّا فِي حَجٍّ أَوْ جِهَادٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَالْقَاسِمُ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ .

Qasim bin Abd al-Rahman narrated that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Do not shorten the prayer except in Hajj or jihad."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; the narrator named Qasim did not hear from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
