Majma al-Zawaid 2829 — Qunut
وَعَنِ الْبَرَاءِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - كَانَ كَانَ لَا يُصَلِّي صَلَاةً مَكْتُوبَةً إِلَّا قَنَتَ فِيهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ .

Sayyiduna al-Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Whatever obligatory prayer the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed, he would recite the qunut of calamity in it.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators have been declared trustworthy.
