Majma al-Zawaid 2826 — Qunut
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَنَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ دَعَا عَلَى قَوْمٍ وَدَعَا لِقَوْمٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited the qunut of calamity in the Fajr prayer, in which he supplicated against one people and supplicated in favour of another people.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
