Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 2823

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَقْنُتُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْغَدَاةِ، وَإِذَا قَنَتَ فِي الْوِتْرِ قَنَتَ قَبْلَ الرَّكْعَةِ .
It is reported about Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he did not recite the qunut of calamity in the Fajr prayer, and when he recited the qunut in the Witr, he recited it before going into bowing.
