وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : كَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - تُعْرَفُ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِتَحْرِيكِ لِحْيَتِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحَرِيشِ ذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ وَلَمْ يُجْرِحْهُ وَلَمْ يُوَثِّقْهُ وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحَرِيشِ ذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ أَبِي حَاتِمٍ وَلَمْ يُجْرِحْهُ وَلَمْ يُوَثِّقْهُ وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) relates: In the Zuhr and Asr prayers, the recitation of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) could be known by the movement of his beard.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Zayd bin al-Harish, whom Ibn Abi Hatim mentioned; he neither criticised him nor declared him trustworthy. The rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
