بَابُ مَنْزِلَةِ الْمُؤْمِنِ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ .

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ - جَلَّ ذِكْرُهُ - يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ " قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، وَلَا الْمَلَائِكَةُ ؟ قَالَ : " وَلَا الْمَلَائِكَةُ ، إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ مَجْبُورُونَ ، بِمَنْزِلَةِ الشَّمْسِ وَالْقَمَرِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection, nothing will be more honoured in the sight of Allah Almighty than the children of Adam." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah! Not even the angels?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Not even the angels, for the angels are bound; they are like the sun and the moon (bound by command)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Ubaydullah bin Tammam, who is da'if (weak).
