وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْإِمَامُ ضَامِنٌ فَمَا صَنَعَ فَاصْنَعُوا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ: مُوسَى بْنُ شَيْبَةَ مِنْ وَلَدِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ ، وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ أَيْضًا .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ فِي قَوْلِهِ : " الْإِمَامُ ضَامِنٌ وَالْمُؤَذِّنُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ " فِي الْأَذَانِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ: مُوسَى بْنُ شَيْبَةَ مِنْ وَلَدِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، ضَعَّفَهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ ، وَذَكَرَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ أَيْضًا .
قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَتْ أَحَادِيثُ فِي قَوْلِهِ : " الْإِمَامُ ضَامِنٌ وَالْمُؤَذِّنُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ " فِي الْأَذَانِ .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The imam is a guarantor, so whatever he does, you do the same."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Musa bin Shaybah, who is from the descendants of Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him). Ahmad declared him da'if (weak), and Abu Hatim called him thiqah (trustworthy). Ibn Hibban also mentioned him in his book al-Thiqat. I say: Hadiths have already passed in the chapter on the adhan concerning this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The imam is a guarantor, and the mu'adhdhin is entrusted."
