وَعَنْ عِصْمَةَ قَالَ : كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - حَرْبَةً يَمْشِي بِهَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَإِذَا صَلَّى رَكَزَهَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Ismah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a spear which was carried in front of him. When he offered prayer, it would be planted in front of him (or he would plant it in front of himself).
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and it is da'if (weak).
