وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَشْرَبُ قَائِمًا وَقَاعِدًا، وَيُصَلِّي مُنْتَعِلًا وَحَافِيًا، وَيَتْفُلُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drinking while standing and while sitting (both ways); I saw him offering prayer while wearing sandals and without sandals; and I saw him spitting to the right side and to the left side (that is, to both sides).
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
