بَابٌ فِيمَنْ تَحْصُلُ بِهِمْ فَضِيلَةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ .

وَعَنْ عِصْمَةَ قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَدْ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَجَلَسَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَدَخَلَ فَصَلَّى ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " أَلَا رَجُلٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى هَذَا فَيُصَلِّي مَعَهُ ؟ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ وَلَا يَصِحُّ عَنْ عِصْمَةَ حَدِيثٌ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .

Sayyiduna Ismah (may Allah be pleased with him) states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had offered the Zuhr prayer and was seated in the mosque. Meanwhile a man came, entered the mosque and began to pray. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Will someone give charity to this man by praying with him?"
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain is da'if (weak). No hadith is authentically reported from Sayyiduna Ismah; and Allah knows best.
