بَابٌ فِيمَنْ تَحْصُلُ بِهِمْ فَضِيلَةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ .

وَعَنْ سَلْمَانَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالنَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَدْ صَلَّى فَقَالَ : " أَلَا رَجُلٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى هَذَا فَيُصَلِّي مَعَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ أَبُو جَابِرٍ قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : أَدْرَكْتُهُ وَلَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ فِي الْحَدِيثِ .
وَرَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَفِيهِ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْأَشْقَرِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ جِدًّا وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ .

Sayyiduna Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) states: A man entered the mosque when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had already prayed. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Will someone give charity to this man by praying with him?" Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Abd al-Malik Abu Jabir. Abu Hatim says: I met him, and he is not strong in hadith.
Imam al-Bazzar recorded this narration; its chain contains a narrator, al-Husayn bin al-Hasan al-Ashqar, and he is extremely da'if (weak). Ibn Hibban declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
