Majma al-Zawaid 1956 — Building mosques

It is reported about Sayyiduna Ibn Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him): When his wife passed away, he began saying: "Carry her, and be eager to carry her, for she and her freed slave-women used to carry stones by night for the mosque whose foundation was laid on piety, while we used to carry two stones at a time by day."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Abu Malik al-Nakha'i, and he is da'if (weak).
