وَعَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِذَا سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْقَائِمَةِ ، صَلِّ عَلَى عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ ، وَاجْعَلْنَا فِي شَفَاعَتِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ قَالَ هَذَا عِنْدَ النِّدَاءِ جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ فِي شَفَاعَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ صَدَقَةُ الْمَذْكُورُ قَبْلَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .

Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) states: When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) heard the adhan, he would recite: "O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and of the prayer that is established as its result, send blessings upon Your servant and Your Messenger, and grant us his intercession on the Day of Resurrection." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever recites this supplication after the adhan, Allah Almighty will grant him my intercession on the Day of Resurrection."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains the same narrator, Sadaqah, who was mentioned in the previous hadith.
