Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18388

Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection the first to present their case will be a man and his wife. By Allah, the woman's tongue will not speak; rather her hands and her feet will speak and testify against the woman about what she used to do in her husband's absence, and the man's two hands and two feet will testify to what he used to commit. Then a man and his servants will be called, and the same will happen with them. Then the people of the markets will be called, and there will be no daniqs or qirats (that is, coins) there; rather, the good deeds of this one (that is, the wrongdoer) will be given to the one who was wronged, and the bad deeds of the wronged one will be placed upon that wrongdoer. Then the tyrants (or the arrogant) will be brought in collars made of iron, and it will be said: 'Bring them to Hell.' By Allah, I do not know whether they will enter it, or whether it will be as Allah Almighty has said: 'There is none of you but will arrive at it (Hell); this is upon your Lord a decree that must be fulfilled. Then We will save those who were God-fearing and leave the wrongdoers in it on their knees.'"
Tabarani recorded this narration; its chain contains Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz al-Laythi, who is da'if (weak). Sa'id bin Mansur declared him thiqah (trustworthy) and said: Imam Malik was pleased with him. The remaining narrators of this narration are the narrators of the Sahih.
