وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُلْجِمُهُ الْعَرَقُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، فَيَقُولُ : يَا رَبِّ ، أَرِحْنِي وَلَوْ إِلَى النَّارِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the Day of Resurrection a man will be bridled by sweat, and he will say: O my Lord, give me relief (that is, deliver me from this), even if it be by sending me to Hell."
