وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَا الْمَوْتُ فِيمَا بَعْدَهُ إِلَّا كَنَطْحَةِ عَنْزٍ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ جَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Compared with what comes after it, death (in its severity) is only like the butt of a young goat."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain contains a group of narrators whom I do not know.
