وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْمُؤَذِّنُ يُغْفَرُ لَهُ مُدَّ صَوْتِهِ ، وَأَجْرُهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ مَنْ صَلَّى مَعَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The mu'adhdhin is forgiven to the extent that his voice reaches, and he receives a reward like that of all the people who pray because of him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Ja'far bin al-Zubayr, and he is da'if (weak).
