Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18143

This narration is reported from the same Companion: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever guards his tongue, Allah Almighty will cover his private matters; whoever controls his anger, Allah Almighty will hold back His punishment from him; and whoever offers an apology before Allah Almighty, Allah Almighty will accept his apology."
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, al-Rabi' bin Sulayman al-Azdi, who is da'if (weak).
