وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " دَعْ مَا يَرِيبُكَ إِلَى مَا لَا يَرِيبُكَ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي رُومَانَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave what puts you in doubt and go to what does not put you in doubt."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; its chain contains a narrator, Abdullah bin Abi Ruman, who is da'if (weak).
