بَابٌ فِيمَنْ نَامَ عَنْ صَلَاةٍ أَوْ نَسِيَهَا .

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِيمَنْ يَنْسَى الصَّلَاةَ قَالَ : " يُصَلِّيهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَهُوَ فِي السُّنَنِ بِلَفْظِ : " مَنْ نَامَ عَنِ الْوَتَرِ أَوْ نَسِيَهُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، وَهُوَ فِي السُّنَنِ بِلَفْظِ : " مَنْ نَامَ عَنِ الْوَتَرِ أَوْ نَسِيَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning a person who forgets to offer the prayer. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He should offer it when he remembers it."
Abu Ya'la and al-Tabarani in al-Awsat recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih. It is in the Sunan with the wording: "Whoever sleeps without offering the witr or forgets to offer it."
