Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17920

Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In my Ummah there will be people such that if one of them went to someone and asked him for a dinar, the other would not give it to him; if he asked him for a dirham, the other would not give it to him; if he asked him for a single coin, the other would not give it to him; but if he asked Allah Almighty for Paradise, Allah Almighty would grant it to him. He will be a person with ordinary clothing who is paid no attention, but if he swears an oath by Allah, Allah Almighty fulfils it for him."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
