Sayyiduna Awf bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood among his Companions and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do you fear poverty (the narrator is in doubt, or perhaps the word is: 'do you fear neediness'), or are you worried about the world? Allah Almighty will grant you victory over Persia and Rome, and the world will be poured upon you, until, if you go astray after that, it is the world that will lead you astray."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and al-Bazzar recorded something similar; its narrators have been declared trustworthy, except that the narrator Baqiyyah is a mudallis, even though he is thiqah (trustworthy).
