Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 17784

Nafi' said: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) heard a man saying: "The miser is more excusable than the wrongdoer." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "You have spoken wrongly. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'The miser will not enter Paradise.'"
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and its chain contains Yahya bin Maslamah al-Qa'nabi, who is da'if (weak).
