Abdullah bin Sabrah narrates: In the morning, Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to recite:
'Allahumma ij'alni min a'zami ibadika nasiban fi kulli khayrin taqsimuhu al-ghadah, wa nuran yahdi, wa rahmatan tanshuruha, wa rizqan tabsutuh, wa durran takshifuh, wa bala'an tarfa'uh, wa fitnatan tasrifuha'
(O Allah! In every good that You distribute this morning, every light You grant, every mercy You spread, every provision You hand out, every hardship You remove, every trial You lift and every tribulation You turn away, in each of these (all) goods, give me the greatest share.)
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
